But now the founder of coil.com Stefan Thomas has mentioned on their website that they will no longer be accepting new registrations for coil memberships after 2nd February 2023.
Coil is no longer accepting new signups, and their data will be deleted.
If you’re a current Coil member your account information will be deleted as per the coil they said all the data related to the membership will be deleted according to their data privacy policy. All the memberships will also be canceled automatically after 10th February 2023. You do not have to manually close the membership as they have said that it will be canceled for the said date.
If you try to register for a new sign-up the signup page will take you the exising login page and if you try to signup using your google account it will give you the below error page showing “We are no longer allowing new members to Coil” they are not accepting any new signups.
However, if you have active membership they said it will be accessible until 15th of March 2023. After this all the information related to the membership will not accessible and will be deleted. As per the letter mentioned to their website they said that all the micropayments for the content that was linked with the coil will be done until the last date as said above.
